QUALITY BISTROis seeking an experiencedBarback/Service Bar Supportto join our team!Position Summary: The Barback/Service Bar Support position is assigned tothe service bar to execute drinks for guests, assist in the Barista Station, and help polish & restock glassware as needed.This position must interact with staff members and management in a professional and collaborative manner, possess organizational skills, produce consistent quality and service, and have the ability to think and act effectively while retaining self-composure.Position Requirements: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in areputablefine dining restaurant. Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests of bar and dining room. Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages. Knowledge of standard and classic restaurant service procedures. Must be able to move, carry, and lift at least 50 pounds with frequency throughout shift. 100% - walks and stands during entire shift. Perform other duties as directed by management. TiPS Certification is required.
